The tinsel town was abuzz with the affair between the beautiful actress Kajol and the daring handsome Ajay Devgan. Their love story culminated into marriage and they are known as one of the most successful star couples of Bollywood now. However it is true that the second Kajal has appeared in Ajay’s Life.

Her full name is Kajal Agarwal. She is the leading lady paired opposite to Ajay Devgan in an upcoming movie. She is an established actress in the Tamil, Kannada and Telugu movie industry. Chandamama in Telugu and Saroja in Tamil are her big cine hits. The Telugu flick Magadheera is so far her biggest block buster and has firmly placed her in the hearts of the audience. It is well aware that Power Star Pawan Kalyan is doing the film ‘Gabbar Singh’ which is a remake of Salman Khan's Bollywood Blockbuster ‘Dabangg’. He is also producing the film under his own banner Creative Works. Harish Shankar of Shock and Mirapakai fame is directing the film. Kajal Agarwal is the love interest for Pawan Kalyan.

In Hindi, Malaika Arora’s sizzling item number ‘Munni Badnaam Hui’ played a crucial part for Dabangg success. Now, a similar song is being planned for the Telugu version too. Initially, filmmakers have approached Malaika Arora but due to heavy remuneration, she has been kept aside. The latest buzz is that Charmi has been chosen for the song. Recently, she has done an item song in the film ‘Ragada’.

Srikanth is playing the role of Pawan Kalyan's brother in the film while Krishnam Raju and Jayasudha are likely to play his parents.

Will Kajal be given the rare record by Rana?

Kajal Agarwal, the most happening and happy heroine in Tollywood is ready to get her name into the rare records.
As we know that, heroines would wait years for an opportunity to act with our top four heroes of Tollywood viz.

Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Nagarjuna and Venkatesh. As Chiranjeevi has turned his attention to politics, none of the heroines of this generation can get that golden chance to act with all the top four. When heroines try to get themselves more popular by living on Twitter, here is one babe kajal agarwal who doesn’t like adding the personal matters on any of the social networking sites. When the same was asked to Kajal, she gives an affluent answer saying, ‘What is the necessity of adding silly stuff like using of nail polishes, eating bread jam, feeling drowsy, upset with work and blah blah, when you have more good things to do with Internet. Try to do some better, useful things than this kind of stuff.’

Hinting that she isn’t against all those heroines who use Twitter for their personal purposes but she calls it mere wastage of time posting junk stuff on Twitter and Facebook. Well said…Kajal.

Kajal and Naga Chaitanya Film Shooting in Hyderabad

After the class film ‘Ye Maya Chesave’, Naga Chaitanya is doing a full-fledged action entertainer under the direction of debutant Ajay Bhuyan. D Siva Prasad Reddy of Sri Kamakshi Movies Banner is producing the film. Currently, the film shooting is progressing in Hyderabad.

It is learnt that filmmakers are filming a song on Naga Chaitanya and Kajal Agarwal along with few scenes. Sources close to film unit say that Naga Chaitanya’s new look and action scenes will attract the audiences.

Meanwhile, filmmakers are considering an apt title for the film and expected to be out soon. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music for the film.

On the other hand, Naga Chaitanya is also working for an untitled film which is being directed by Sukumar. Tamanna is playing the lead female role in the film while Bunny Vasu is producing it. The film is expected to hit screens in March.

Ileana again Denies her Role in Merupu?

It was informed earlier that Ileana D Cruz is likely to replace Kajal Agarwal in Ram Charan’s upcoming film ‘Merupu.’  But the latest reports say that the Andala Khazana denies her association with the film.

Buzz is that Ileana has been offered a role which is not a full-length character.  Also, it is learnt that Kajal Agarwal has not stepped out of the film and Ileana doesn’ t want to play in a small role when her counterpart Kajal Agarwal is doing the lead role.

Kajal's VEERA to Release in May

It is known that Ravi Teja is doing a film ‘Veera’ in the direction of Ramesh Varma, who earlier directed Ride. Kajal Agarwal and Taapsee Pannu are the leading ladies in the film. It is being produced by Ganesh Indukuri under the banner of Sanvi Productions. Currently, film shooting is progressing in Hyderabad.

Speaking about the film director Ramesh Varma said ‘Veera is going to be mass-oriented film with all commercial elements. Ravi Teja is playing the character which will have two variations. Kajal is playing in a mass character called Kabaddi Chitti while Taapsee Pannnu portraying the role of an IT Student. Ravi Teja will be seen in such a powerful role after ‘Vikramarkudu’. The film will have eight action sequences which will be highlight to it. It has seven songs in which six songs recording has been completed’.

‘Veera is going to be highest budget film in Ravi Teja’s career and we planning to release it in May’ said Ganesh Indukuri.

Shyam (Kick fame) is essaying the role of a police officer in the film while Sridevi will play opposite to him. Naga Babu will be seen in an important role.

Kajal's sister NISHA in Ram's 'KANDIREEGA'

Nisha Agarwal, the sister of reigning actress Kajal Agarwal who made her debut with “Yemaindi Ee Vela” with Varun Sandesh is likely to be the third heroine in “Kandireega”.Ram is playing the lead role in the film. Hansika Motwaniand Colours Swathi has been finalized for the first and second lead roles. The film has been recently launched and regular shooting is going to commence soon.

Noted Producer Bellamkonda Suresh is producing this film on Sri Sai Ganesh Productions banner. Cinematographer-turned-director Santhosh Sivan is directing this flick . Ram recently confirmed on his twitter account that he is going to pair with three heroines in the film. And also mentioned , this film is his seventh film and he feels lucky to work with two beautiful heroines in every film of his six films.

Tollywood screen scorcher Kajal Agarwal talks about coping with stardom, Bollywood and her long term plans....

You have quite a few films releasing this year ...
Yes, that’s right. On principle, I work on five to six films a year. My next to hit the screens will be Darling. As a character I exist in the actor’s imagination and in real life as well. So, it’s like a dual role for me. I’ve always been cautious about the kind of films I do. I wanted to establish myself as a good actor first. After Magadheera, I’ve been receiving scripts by the dozen, but I have to turn them down as I can’t act in all the movies.

How do you turn them down without running the risk of being labelled pricey?
Irrespective of what I do and what I don’t, people will talk about me. So I have learnt to take it in my stride. When a director or producer approaches you, he does so because he has envisioned you in the character. No one can take no for an answer. But I have no choice but turn them down.

Any B-Town aspirations?
I have received offers from the Hindi film industry, but I don’t want to do a Hindi film when it has nothing solid to offer me. I prefer to consolidate myself down South. But it doesn’t mean I wouldn’t do a Hindi film. I’ve grown up in a Punjabi household and doing a Hindi film will be in my comfort zone.

Does your remuneration fluctuate with every box office outing?
It’s really sad that an actor’s success is measured not by films but by the amount of money he/she earns. I’ve never been into the money game. But yes, getting big money makes me feel good. As far as the other financial aspects are concerned my dad handles everything.

You are quite tall by leading lady standards ...
Yes, while working with some actors, I do have to wear flats. But while working with actors like Prabhas who is 6’2” I walk around the sets in my heels. I just love my heels!

Do you believe in the number game?
This whole thing about being No. 1 or No.2 is beyond my understanding. The industry has space for everyone. At the end, doing good work is what matters the most.

You’ve worked with a number of top stars. Who are you friends with?
I have a great working relationship with every one of my co-stars. But I don’t have a 3 am friend nor do I chat with them daily. But when I meet them again, it’s like old times.

Do you miss having someone special in your life?
Isn’t it sad (laughs)? When I see young girls of my age group having fun, I feel sad for myself. I’m so caught up with work that there isn’t time to indulge in stuff like that. But I keep telling myself that at the right time and right place, I will find someone. Till that time, I’m happy working.

Kajal with Power Star

Kajal Aggarwal has been roped in for Pawan Kalyan's forthcoming movieGabbar Singh, which is a remake of Bollywood blockbuster Dabangg. The movie will hit the floors soon.

Kajal will be playing the role of Rajo, which was played by debutant Sonakshi Sinha in Dabangg. The movie is being made by Pawan Kalyan's home production house Creative Works.Gabbar Singh is directed by Harish Shankar of Mirapakaya fame.

It is noted that Kajal had earlier created magic with Ram Charan Teja in blockbuster Magadheera. Their combination became talk of the town and they were also supposed to pair in Dharani's Merupu. But due to clash of dates, the actress walked out of the project. Her on-screen chemistry with Allu Arjun in Arya 2 had also become a huge hit in Tollywood.

Now, movie buffs are expecting the same magic from Kajal-Pawan combination!
